An Admin with Data Upload capability can grab their SFTP credentials by visiting the Data Upload page from the Admin Tools dropdown.

Once the Admin has landed on the Upload Types tab, they can access the newly created Connection Information tab which contains the SFTP Credentials of the district as well as other helpful connection details.

On this tab, an Admin can view the connection information and their credentials.

If the server is set up with an SSH key, a message will be displayed to the Admin that their server is using an SSH connection and will not display a password.

If no credentials exist for the given District. A message will be displayed indicating such and that the Admin should contact customer support if attempting to access an SFTP server.
