SchooLinks is Unavailable
If you navigate to https://app.schoolinks.com/login/k12 and your internet browser is unable to resolve to our log in page you can check the following in order:
- First, navigate to our status page https://status.schoolinks.com/ to ensure that the SchooLinks website is online. We have consistently kept 99.99% uptime at SchooLinks for the past 3 years, so it should be very rare that our website is not online. In the event where you find that our site is not online, please send an email to [email protected]
- Next, check to ensure that your computer is connected to the internet and resolve by getting your computer back online to access other webpages
- Lastly, if you are still unable to access our login page, contact your district’s networking team to ensure that the district’s firewall is allowing HTTPS access to app.schoolinks.com
Invalid Credentials
Invalid credentials indicates that there is an issue with the Email or Password that was entered into the login screen. If you are using SSO, it’s possible that an account has not yet been provisioned for your email address.

Possible reasons for failure
- Email was mistyped or is not currently connected to a SchooLinks account. Please ensure that you are typing the email correctly and contact your district’s technical team to ensure that the nightly rostering sync includes your email as a user account record.
- Password was mistyped. Please ensure that you are typing the password correctly or select the Forgot Password link.
Too Many Failed Login Attempts
If you continuously fail to log in to SchooLinks 10 attempts within 10 minutes you will be presented with the following error:
