Exporting from Naviance

  1. Login to Naviance

  2. Navigate to Analytics > Reports 3.0

  3. Click College and eDocs checkbox

  4. Click Student Colleges I’m Thinking About Detail

  5. Ensure that all grade levels are applied in the filter and click Apply Filters

  6. Confirm that data looks correct compared to the schema below and click Export Data.

  7. Send the downloaded file to the /automated/ directory within the SchooLinks SFTP server.
