Inclusion criteria: any scholarship listings exported from Naviance

Minimum Upload Frequency: when new scholarships are available or existing scholarships need to be updated

SchooLinks is able to import scholarships in form that Naviance exports them. You just need to make sure to remove the top few rows so that the column headers are the first row of the file.

This data can be uploaded through the Data Uploads screen within SchooLinks under the Other section. Once this data is loaded, you can see it at app.schoolinks.com/scholarship-management

A few things to keep in mind:

• The Organization, Description, and Website columns must be in the file but can be left blank. That being said, these fields are highly recommended to provide students with the best scholarship application experience.
  • If you wish, you can fill in these columns and upload a subsequent file to avoid having to manually enter other information.
• If a scholarship deadline has already taken place, then we import it and change the date to the same date next year to make it easier to fill in/so you know approximately when it will be due. You will need to go through and verify the data in the scholarships and manually mark them as active. This ensures that the scholarships your students are seeing are up to date an accurate
• Because there is variation in terms of how scholarships are tagged in Naviance, SchooLinks won't be able to match all of the tags and characteristics in the file. If you want students to have more info and to provide better data to our matching algorithm to allow students to have a better sense of the relevance of scholarships, you will need to add additional tags at app.schoolinks.com/scholarship-management
