This document will help navigate and download the CSV report from SCOIR needed to populate historical scattergram data in SchooLinks. This file contains the student information, test scores, GPA, and College application results.

Export Instructions

  1. Login to SCOIR and click on the Reports icon:

  1. Click on the Applications & Outcomes report

  1. On the left hand side of the screen you will see a blue menu for Filters, click to expand this menu:

  1. Adjust the Class Years to be at least the last five years of application data, not including the current year. For example, if the current year is 2024, you will want to set the filters to include Class Years From: 2019 To: 2024.

  1. Once the filters are applied, you can now export the data to a CSV format using the Download CSV icon in the top right of the report:

  1. Once the report has downloaded, send this report either to your Customer Success Manager or deliver it to the /other directory of the SchooLinks SFTP server. Either way, let your Customer Success Manager know that the report has been provided so that they can open a ticket with our Data Support team to bring the data into SchooLinks.
