Inclusion Criteria: Any type of grouping of students that you would like to create. Please prioritize groupings that will serve important use cases for the counselor/academic users of the tool. Too many Student Tags can be overwhelming to the user. Students should be repeated for EACH Student Tag they are being assigned to

Update logic:
- The entire file must be passed each time, the process for updating has the effect of removing all relationships and re-creating them with each sync

Important notes about Student Tags:
- We have other types of tags in the platform (for example Course Tags) so it's important to refer to these entities as "Student Tags"
- There are two types of Student Tags in our platform,
- Official Student Tags, which are tags that are viewable by any user who has access to a student and can only be set by school staff users are granted Student Group Management Permission
- Personal Student Tags, which any School Staff users can create and assign to any students they have access to. These will only be seen by the creator and cannot be synced through any automated process
- Appropriately permissioned School Staff users can create and edit Official Student Tags on the SchooLinks platform, but they are restricted from editing and changing assignment of Student Tags that were automatically created through the data synced through SFTP. This is to avoid confusion about changing of data
- Users cannot create tags with the same name as AutoSynced Tags
- If an auto-synced tag gets created with the same name as a user-defined tag, we will show the auto-synced tag with a symbol to indicate that it is has been auto-synced. The user-created tag with the same name will still be available and can be deleted if it is no longer needed due to the auto-synced tag.
- Tags are only visible to staff members - not students or guardians. We also have a flag for “sensitive” that we can set on each tag to restrict the visibility of certain tags that all staff members should not be able to see based on district preference or legal requirements. When you are loading tags, mention to your implementation manager if you would like to restrict the visibility of certain tags
- Rows where the required name field are not passed are skipped in the process, but the rest of the rows will be updated
