Filename: /automated/supplemental_students.csv

Inclusion criteria: Include all supplemental students currently in the grade levels covered under your contract with SchooLinks. We expect one record per student.

Minimum Upload Frequency: As data changes - all supplemental students who need to log in and use SchooLinks but are not present in the main students.csv file or another roster sync type must be included here.

This file should list supplemental students who, for any reason, are not included in the main students.csv roster file.

❗ Important: This data set is not additive. Any records not included in a new upload will be archived from previous uploads.

File Structure and Processing Notes:

• Column headers must match the main student roster file.
• Any missing columns in the supplemental file will be automatically added with empty values.
• Any additional columns not found in the main roster file will be ignored.
• Each data task run for the main student roster file will automatically combine with the most recent supplemental file.
• To update the supplemental data, simply upload a new version of the file.
• To completely remove all supplemental students, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for assistance. </aside>
