Quick Reference:
SchooLinks is accessible via modern web browsers and does not require any special hardware or software installations. Moreover, SchooLinks is hosted in the cloud, there are no on-premises configuration requirements. To access SchooLinks we recommend using:
Supported Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari (latest versions). Google Chrome is preferred
Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, ChromeOS
Minimum Bandwidth: A stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps for optimal performance
Ad-Block Extensions: the presence of certain Chrome extensions that are intended to block ads or content from the browser can prevent parts of SchooLinks from displaying like the Student Activity Feed. If you find that parts of SchooLinks are not loading, try disabling your ad-block extension for the SchooLinks site.

We also recommend that SchooLinks (app.schoolinks.com) should be added as a trusted site internally at the School District. This helps users access parts of the platform like the Help Center.
Our Help Center is viewable in the SchooLinks website by clicking the Question Mark in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting Help Center. To view the articles that are correctly scoped based on your SchooLinks user's permissions, the help center will need to be approved as a trusted site. The URL for our Help Center is support.schoolinks.com
SchooLinks uses Intercom to provide live chat support directly within the platform. The chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen and allows users to message our support team or browse help articles.
If the chat bubble is not appearing for users in your district, your network firewall or content filter is likely blocking the required Intercom domains. To resolve this, please add the following domains to your network allow list:
*.intercom.io (specifically widget.intercom.io)*.intercomcdn.com (specifically js.intercomcdn.com)*.intercom.com*.intercomassets.com
