Quick Reference:
SchooLinks is accessible via modern web browsers and does not require any special hardware or software installations. Moreover, SchooLinks is hosted in the cloud, there are no on-premises configuration requirements. To access SchooLinks we recommend using:
Supported Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari (latest versions). Google Chrome is preferred
Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, ChromeOS
Minimum Bandwidth: A stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps for optimal performance
Ad-Block Extensions: the presence of certain Chrome extensions that are intended to block ads or content from the browser can prevent parts of SchooLinks from displaying like the Student Activity Feed. If you find that parts of SchooLinks are not loading, try disabling your ad-block extension for the SchooLinks site.

We also recommend that SchooLinks (app.schoolinks.com) should be added as a trusted site internally at the School District. This helps users access parts of the platform like the Help Center.
Our Help Center is viewable in the SchooLinks website by clicking the Question Mark in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting Help Center. To view the articles that are correctly scoped based on your SchooLinks user’s permissions, the help center will need to be approved as a trusted site. The URL for our Help Center is support.schoolinks.com
To access SchooLinks All Access, click the select the Question Mark icon in the top right-hand corner of the page and select the All Access option. The URL for All Access is vip.schoolinks.com

SchooLinks will send emails to users to notify them of activities to complete, reminders of upcoming events or deadlines, and weekly digest emails. These emails originate from [email protected] and this address should be allow listed to allow sending email within your district. If SchooLinks receives a large amount of email bounces to your district email domain for student or staff, we will automatically suspend sending emails to any email address with that domain.
The most reliable method to ensure that an email originates and is unedited from SchooLinks is to check that the message passed SPF and DKIM authentication. Most email systems will do this automatically. There are some exceptions (Google calendar invites don't pass SPF for example) but messages from our SchooLinks backend pass both checks.
