Accessing the Chat and Help Center

Our Help Center is viewable in the SchooLinks website by clicking the Question Mark in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting Help Center. To view the articles that are correctly scoped based on your SchooLinks user's permissions, the help center will need to be approved as a trusted site. Live Chat Support

SchooLinks uses Intercom to provide live chat support directly within the platform. The chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen and allows users to message our support team or browse help articles.

If the chat bubble is not appearing for users in your district, your network firewall or content filter is likely blocking the required Intercom domains. To resolve this, please add the following domains to your network allow list:
