See https://help.xello.world/en-us/content/Knowledge-Base/Xello-6-12/Reports/Report_Saved-Options.htm for how to export all of their reports.
Since these are one-time uploads, we don’t have specific data processors that we run but instead have our data team run scripts on the data after we can verify that we have the right identifiers to match students.
You will need to download the CSV files and upload to your district’s SFTP server on SchooLinks into the /other
directory and make a request to your customer success manager to initiate the load process
The main datasets we’ve loaded for districts historically are
We can add each of these as college favorites and career favorites. We fuzzy match so pull in a portion of these, but there are some that are not 1 to 1 on either of these data sets between our two platforms.
A couple of other areas we recommend considering exporting and potentially sending to SchooLinks to import are:
The other datasets we've seen historically are assessment results -- and while we have similar assessment (skills, interest, personality, learning style) the result values don't actually line up with our assigned result values so we have not loaded these.
In our discussions with districts about goals data, we have not had districts want to load these because in SchooLinks nearly all districts have their students set goals during the onboarding process and many students re-affirm them yearly.
