Log in Error Messages Guide

Supported SSO Options:

1. Log in with Clever

Clever SSO enables students and staff to access SchooLinks using their Clever credentials.

How it works: When accounts are rostered through Clever, SchooLinks automatically receives the authentication fields needed for SSO.

Requirements:

• Account must be synced from Clever to SchooLinks
• Only accounts rostered through Clever can use this option

2. Log in with ClassLink

ClassLink SSO enables students and staff to access SchooLinks using their ClassLink credentials.

How it works: When accounts are rostered through ClassLink, SchooLinks automatically receives the authentication fields needed for SSO.
